Consumers age 18 or older who bought eligible Wheat Thins products labeled “100% whole grain” during the class period. Eligible varieties include Original, Reduced Fat, Sundried Tomato & Basil, Big, Ranch, Hint of Salt, Cracked Pepper & Olive Oil, and Spicy Sweet Chili Wheat Thins.
Not required for a $4.50 payment.
With valid receipts or purchase confirmations, claimants may receive between $8 and $20 per household depending on how many products they purchased.

Mondelez International has agreed to a $10 million settlement to resolve allegations that its Wheat Thins products were falsely marketed as “100% whole grain.” Plaintiffs claim the products actually contain refined grains and misled consumers seeking whole grain alternatives.
Though Mondelez denies wrongdoing, it has agreed to the class action settlement to avoid further litigation.
The case targets a range of Wheat Thins products sold under the Nabisco brand, including multiple flavored and reduced-fat varieties marketed as “100% whole grain.” Products were sold nationwide in grocery stores, including Walmart and Target.
Class members can file a claim for a cash reimbursement:
Without proof of purchase: $4.50 per household
With proof of purchase: Between $8 and $20 per household, depending on the number of qualifying products
The deadline to submit a claim, exclude yourself, or object is July 7, 2025.
The final approval hearing is scheduled for December 11, 2025.
